Mark did a killer job helping us find a wonderful house in Oakland, even through the pandemic restrictions.

We met Mark at an open house he was running in Richmond about 2 weeks before the world started shutting down. We got together over Zoom, where he took the time to learn about us, what kind of house we were looking for, our concerns, our budget -- and to answer a boatload of our questions.

From that point all the way through closing (even beyond, really) he was a rock. We were repeatedly impressed by his work ethic (I couldn't believe the timestamps on some of his emails), his reliable and fast communication, and the care and patience with which he shepherded us through the process.

We ultimately bought a home that was being sold by the owner directly -- a process that basically meant Mark was doing the job of two realtors (cleaning up the seller's mistakes). Mark managed it expertly and without complaint.

I can't imagine having a better house-buying experience.
