As first time home buyers we had a million questions even the day we met him and had our first introduction, where we shared what we were looking for in a house. He really went above and beyond answering emails, texts, etc to make sure we understood every single thing in the biggest decision of one's life.

When I say he is going to be ALWAYS on your side, I really mean it ! We had a very bad experience previously with a different realtor who wanted us to close with the lender she worked with, even when that what not the best decision for us. When we told Mark we were shopping for lenders, he not only was very supportive on our decision, but he made sure they received all the information about the properties we wanted to make an offer on so that they had accurate information and could give us the most approximate loan estimate possible.

He even informed our lenders about the property taxes and HOAs of the home we eventually purchased, and came with us to sign the papers with the escrow officer to make sure everything was correct.

Miles and miles traveled, and lots of time and effort were put into us that we don't really know how to thank him.
